Music Lessons

“I began playing guitar in my 40s.  After teaching myself some basics, I finally got smart and started taking lessons from David.  He is an excellent teacher: skilled, knowledgeable, attentive and discerning, and patient.  He listens well, quickly tuning into what I wanted from the guitar and helping me work toward that, offering all kinds of helpful tips along the way.  David’s passion for the guitar and music-making in general is infectious.  He’ll make you want to practice more!” Gary Borjesson, PhD Professor

Learning to play a musical instrument is one of the greatest journeys one can undertake.  While the effort and dedication required are significant, the rewards are far greater and will enrich your life and the lives of those around you in countless ways.  Wouldn’t it be nice to bring a guitar on that next family camping trip and have a sing along around the campfire?  Or perhaps you write poetry and song lyrics and would like to learn how to put them to music? Maybe you want to set up music lessons for the kids? Or you may be an experienced musician who finds that they cannot push past certain barriers in their playing and want to learn how take it to “the next level”.  All these things Mr. Kelley can help you with.
